We’re looking for an extraordinary senior-level Pentaho expert to help us grow our new, cloud-based application. This enterprise application – known as “CommunityPro Suite” – was released last Spring and is getting rave reviews. Our Company is experiencing explosive growth due to national demand, and we’re looking for a talented engineer with the smarts, passion and people skills to code and be part of moving the engineering team forward. You’d be an important player in the engineering effort as we continue expanding the product according to our roadmap.

CommunityPro Suite enables huge state and local agencies to securely match, consolidate and share data between themselves in real time as well as work with data analysis to identify more efficient and effective processes in serving their populations. The purpose of the software is to reduce organizational friction by helping local agencies help people achieve economic self-sufficiency. The end goal is to play an important role in creating healthy, vibrant communities.

Skills & Requirements

• Eligible to work in the US.

• ETL Experience

• Experience creating enterprise grade software using Pentaho (preferred), Cognos, Talend, SAS Data Integration Studio – 7+ years

• Experience integrating RESTful / SOAP based web services – 3+ years

• Business Analytics

• Experience configuring dimensional data marts, star schemas and cubes for analysis – 5+ years

• Java – 4+ years

• MySQL – 4+ years

• MDX – 4+ years

• Linux – 3+ year

• Shell Scripting – 3+ years

• Git – 2+ year

• Thorough understanding of relational storage systems and experience dealing with importing data in a variety of formats (CSV, JSON, flat file, etc)

• Ability to participate and contribute to a team.

• Ability to estimate and deliver on time.
