Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly US payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
Process international payroll through our 3rd party contractor provider system
Ensures payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Respond to and process HR Ticket requests via JIRA
Complete verification of employment requests
Work with global benefits provider to ensure newly eligible employees are added to the plan
Respond to benefit related inquiries and works with benefit vendor as applicable to resolve issues
Provision access to HR, Recruiting and Global Contractor Tools
Process HR transactions in the HR System such as departmental changes, job title changes, Manager changes, salary changes, worker category changes, promotions terminations and other data changes and corrections.
Initiates onboarding and creates employee records
Prepares and maintains human resources and employee benefits data and reports
Responds to benefit inquiries
Assist with creating/updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Partners with other teams to provide necessary information for successful onboarding and offboarding
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience with processing US Payroll
Strong working knowledge of Payroll Systems (ADP Workforce Now Preferred)
Timekeeping/Timecard Reconciliation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or the equivalent work experience in Payroll and Human Resources
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
– 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
