We are looking for a Payment Product Manager to join United Tech. Our product is part of the social networking niche and is actively scaling across Tier-1 markets. With millions of active users, we build top-quality solutions where exceptional design meets clean, thoughtful code. As a Payment Product Manager, you will have the freedom to influence decisions, rethink and rebuild payment processes, and face complex, high-stakes challenges daily.

In this role, you will

• Analyze customer needs, stay up-to-date with current market trends, and identify potential partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with international payment solution providers
• Build a reporting system for monitoring and extracting actionable insights for feature development
• Optimize payment pass-through rates, reduce chargeback rates, and reduce fraud rates
• Implement and manage product anti-fraud mechanics, including ML system integration
• Analyze the effectiveness of payment methods and different payment packages through A/B testing
• Integrate new payment providers and methods
• Manage and automate the billing support function

It’s all about you

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 2 years of experience in payment-related roles
• 2 years of experience with B2C market
• Data-driven and ownership mindset
• Experience in conducting A/B tests
• Experience with PCI DCC audit
• Worked with services: CheckOut, Stripe, Exactly, Trustpay, Checkout Champ, Clarify, Inovio
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
Would be a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python
• Experience using Tableau
