Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company dedicated to helping people reach their health goals by providing care that is as simple and effective as possible. It is the only company offering nationwide telehealth, lab services, and pharmacy support, all powered by a vertically integrated platform that delivers a seamless experience from diagnosis to medication delivery to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has supported millions of patients across nearly every county in the U.S., including 98% of primary care deserts.

Today’s healthcare system is built around institutions like hospitals and insurers rather than the needs of patients. A patient‑centered system focuses on the goals individuals want to achieve. Ro is creating a healthcare model that empowers patients, offers both proactive and reactive care, provides clear pricing and processes, is highly effective and extremely convenient, and evolves as patient needs change.

Ro has been recognized as a Fortune Best Workplace in New York and in Health Care for four consecutive years (2021–2024). In 2023, it was named Best Workplace for Parents for the third straight year, and in 2022, it was included on the CNBC Disruptor 50 list.

This role partners closely with product, engineering, design, growth, clinical, finance, and business leaders to guide strategy and roadmap decisions. Responsibilities range from leading strategic analyses and measuring product performance to developing data infrastructure and business intelligence tools, as well as tackling open‑ended problems. You are analytical, technically skilled, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic startup environment where problems often lack predefined solutions, and you are driven to use data to help members become healthier.

• Manage end‑to‑end projects that involve multiple groups with varying technical backgrounds.
• Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership, advocating for patients, physicians, and pharmacists.
• Promote a data‑driven approach, collaborating with PMs on KPIs and with engineers on data models to ensure decisions rely on the strongest available data.
• Address complex, unclear problems and build foundational analytic frameworks that influence company thinking.
• Expand data availability and business intelligence resources.
• Conduct exploratory and in‑depth analyses of large datasets to uncover, size, and champion opportunities that enhance the member experience and improve growth metrics such as conversion and retention.

What You’ll Bring:
• 3+ years of full‑time experience in quantitative analysis roles
• Expert‑level SQL skills
• Strong experience with BI tools (Ro uses Looker)
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical groups
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, analytical strength, and comfort with numbers
• Ability to structure unstructured domains
• A track record of owning projects from start to finish

Nice‑to‑Haves:
• Working knowledge of Python and analytics libraries like Pandas
• Experience designing and implementing product event or attribute tracking with product and engineering teams
• Experience setting up and evaluating experiments

We’ve Got You Covered:
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus OneMedical membership
• Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA
• 401(k) with company match
• Flexible PTO
• Wellbeing and learning/development reimbursements
• Paid parental leave and fertility benefits
• Pet insurance
• Student loan refinancing
• Virtual resources for mindfulness, counseling, fitness, and physical therapy
• Inclusive hiring encouraging candidates of all backgrounds to apply

The base salary range for this role is $132,000 to $155,000, plus competitive equity and benefits. Compensation varies based on location, skills, experience, and job‑related expertise.

Ro values in‑person collaboration while supporting remote flexibility within the U.S. Employees in the New York tri‑state area join at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays; those outside the region participate in periodic in‑person sessions such as team on‑sites.

Ro believes diverse perspectives drive meaningful change in healthcare. The company is an equal‑opportunity employer, offering equal treatment in all employment practices without discrimination based on any legally protected characteristic.
