The Bid Specialist is a role specialized on RFI questionnaires, customer Third Party Assessments and audits that include requirements in several knowledge field areas as IT Security, Tech, product, privacy, sustainability, human resources etc. This role coordinates customer requirements and gathers answers from the organization and experts from different teams. The RFI and customer audit process are critical to D&B’s business as they form part of the customers’ buying cycle. This business practice aims to gather written information about selecting D&B as a vendor as part of the purchasing decision.
In this role you will;

    • Coordinate and Complete Customers’ Third-Party Assessments. Initial evaluation of requirements and complexity, manage and fill answers. Utilize various formats such as Excel, portals, and documents to complete assessments.
    • Reach out to a network of subject matter experts within the organization for new questions or requirements. Collaborate with experts to ensure accurate responses.
    • Prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely and efficient handling of assessments.
    • Work closely with Sales, Subject Matter Experts, and customers regarding the time plan and progress.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment and timely completion.
    • Assist to streamline RFI process and procedures to ensure efficiency and time savings. Suggest and implement continuous improvements.
    • Implement and contribute to RFI management software with a focus on knowledge base structure, answers, and change management processes. Ensure the software is used effectively to support the RFI process.
    • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and expectations. Challenge the organization to meet customer expectations and drive improvements where gaps are identified.
To be successful in this role we believe you have;

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, law or other relevant field is preferred
    • Familiarity with IT Security, Sustainability, Privacy & Compliance, Physical Security, etc.
    • Ability to evaluate assessments and identify gaps and risks.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with different stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
    • Ability to act as the voice of the customer internally and challenge the organization to meet customer expectations.
    • Strong teamwork skills to ensure comprehensive and accurate responses.
    • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
    • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
    • Full work proficiency in English and Swedish is required.

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
