Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Intern Germany, diving into varied legal cases and covering diverse topics as soon as possible. Under the guidance of Ghislain Houssel you will contribute to shaping our legal strategies and ensuring our operations adhere to the highest legal standards.
π©π»π§π» As a Legal Counsel Intern Germany at Qonto, you will:
β’ Conduct thorough legal research ensuring our legal strategies are built on solid grounds, mostly in relation with our German market
β’ Draft and assist negotiations of partnership agreements and other contractual documentation.
β’ Assist in drafting responses to legal inquiries from German authorities.
β’ Collaborate with both the German team and the central team on various legal projects
β’ Work across departments, liaising with Back-Office, Anti-money laundering, and Customer Service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to legal challenges.

About You:
β’ You are a law student with 3-4 years of study, preferably looking for an internship in France or Germany
β’ You have prior experience in legal
β’ You have excellent command of both German and English languages, any other language is a plus.
β’ You possess strong legal research skills and are comfortable using legal databases (e.g., https://beck-online.de)
β’ You demonstrate curiosity, ambition, and a proactive attitude in tackling diverse legal challenges
