Your task is simple — turbocharge our work. You need to seek the ultimate efficiency of operations in our company.

With millions of users worldwide, Text is on a mission to simplify how businesses communicate with their customers, making every interaction seamless and delightful.

To do this, we need to work smoothly as an organization, use internal tools exceptionally well, have solid relationships with our vendors, run physical offices that our people love to visit, and automate whatever internal processes that should be automated.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Company-wide tool administration. Think of Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier, Jira/Confluence, Miro, etc. From the implementation process through maintenance to optimization, you’ll be looking for the best possible usage scenarios.
• Vendor and contract management. This covers everything from assessment through reviews to procurement and licensing. You’ll also be the main point of contact for vendors related to commercials and negotiations.
• Physical office management (in PL and soon in the US), along with office contract management.
• Company process automation and company-wide AI work tools. Think about it as access to copilots, code assistants, code reviewers, or anything that would put our people at 10x work speed and our processes at 100x efficiency.
• Business continuity plan implementation. Our customers expect to work with a stable and predictable business. We need to deliver that promise with a solid process in place.

• Can take ownership of your decisions.
• Are both a solo and team player. A lot of work can be done by you directly, so you need to be a doer, but you’ll also have a team to work alongside you.
