We’re looking for someone who can respond to online reviews throughout most of the day (especially during the spring and summer). The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and creative writer who can adapt their writing style to address customer reviews. Besides handling reviews, this person will write business blog posts related to our industry, create social media content, and thoroughly edit proposals and other business materials. A customer‑service mindset and the ability to solve problems through clear communication are essential. Occasionally, you may also reach out to customers to encourage them to leave a review. We like helping people grow beyond their comfort zones. Marketing and business experience are a big bonus since our team regularly runs various marketing campaigns. You must be a team player and ready to take on any challenge that comes our way.
