Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Online Hotel Reservationist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with hotel and resort bookings, manage reservation information, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in every step. If you enjoy hospitality, customer service, and coordinating travel behind the scenes, this position is an excellent match.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help clients book hotels, resorts, and accommodations through online platforms
• Research and recommend lodging options based on budget, location, and preferences
• Process reservations, changes, and updates accurately and quickly
• Maintain organized booking records, client information, and confirmations
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via phone, email, and chat
• Stay informed about hotel deals, cancellation policies, and destination trends
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth, positive booking experience

Qualifications:
• Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication abilities and a client‑focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reservations at once
• Proficient with online systems, booking tools, and digital communication platforms
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be at least 18 years old with a computer and dependable internet access
