TUTORING is a South Korea–based company offering audio-only lessons to students who want to improve their speaking skills. We have recently partnered with major Korean corporations, including LG and Samsung, to provide training for their employees.

We are seeking tutors who can teach online during evening hours in KST and on weekends. While scheduled appointments are our priority, you are also welcome to conduct additional classes whenever you are available.

About the Tutor Position:

You will help students develop an interest in English and support them throughout their learning journey. Your responsibilities include delivering instruction, sharing knowledge, and helping students build both their skills and confidence.

You should be enthusiastic about teaching, able to connect with students, and create a supportive learning environment. We expect you to know how to structure lessons effectively and make learning English engaging and meaningful.

Tutor Responsibilities:

• Conduct lessons thoroughly and use audio tools to support learning
• Work with each student individually and encourage interactive participation

Hourly Rates:

• Base pay: $12–$16 per hour
• Earnings can reach up to $46 per hour with incentives
• Flexible scheduling

Requirements:

• Must be a citizen and resident of one of the following countries: US, CA, UK, IR, AU, NZ, SA
• Strong understanding of teaching best practices and educational standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, energetic, dedicated, and creative in completing tasks
• Bachelor’s degree required
• TEFL Level 5 (168 hours) certification
• At least two years of teaching experience preferred
