Job Overview
As a UNI Online Instructor, you will deliver customized, high-quality lessons to learners around the world. Using UNI’s AI-powered virtual classroom, you will teach individuals or small groups, adapting each lesson to their specific needs. This position requires a strong commitment to student growth, interactive teaching, and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach one-on-one or small group lessons based on each student’s goals.
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons using UNI’s virtual classroom tools.
• Personalize lessons to reflect each learner’s level and progress.
• Give constructive feedback and monitor student development.
• Maintain professionalism in all communication and teaching activities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in education, a relevant subject, or a related field.
• Teaching certifications preferred (such as TEFL for language instructors).
• Online teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and support students.
• Ability to use technology effectively for online teaching, including video conferencing and learning platforms.
• Stable internet connection and a suitable teaching environment.
• Flexible teaching approach for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Desirable Qualifications
• Experience with international curricula such as IB PYP or Cambridge.
• Ability to speak English and Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.
