About the role
Angi is the established leading platform for fixed-price cleaning and handyman services for customers across the US. We now have the opportunity to broaden our offerings—for example, recurring outdoor services such as snow removal, pool maintenance, and lawn care. As an Operations Analyst, you will identify the most effective ways to communicate with Pros about these new services, and you will track key metrics related to the marketplace’s supply and demand balance, as well as customer satisfaction.

This is a remote position requiring up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role is between $18 and $20 per hour.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will help ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process, while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

– Review documentation and verify employment identity while ensuring all compliance materials are complete.
– Ensure that our Pros complete all required onboarding steps.
– Communicate regularly with the UK operations team, and be available during business hours to respond to messages from leadership.
– Conduct video calls with service providers to confirm their identities.

Who you are
– High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
– Customer service experience strongly preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness to deadlines and service levels
– Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
– Access to a dedicated remote workspace without interruptions
– Reliable access to high-speed internet with a wired connection
