As a Banking Operations Juridical Officer (Italian Market), you will join our international Banking Operations team of 4 people (and counting!), under the supervision of Martina, our Lead Banking Operations (Juridical 🇮🇹).
Join us as Banking Operations Juridical Officer (Italian Market) at Qonto, to help us handle sensitive operations related to our customers and initiate legal processes for our Italian market, based in Paris.
At Qonto, Banking Operations cover a key role, working on administrative tasks. You will handle sensitive operations related to Qonto’s customers and initiate legal processes for our Italian market.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Banking Operations Juridical Officer 🇮🇹 you will:
Oversee key procedures, including collective processes (liquidation and redress), enforcement actions (SATD and bailiff seizures), and inheritance procedures.
Assist customers by notifying them via email to guide them through the regularization of their acts.
Manage account closures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Prepare and distribute circular letters for external auditors, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Refine and update operational processes daily to enhance efficiency and maintain excellence.

Their background? Martina kick-started her career at ManoMano where she dedicated three years honing her experience in customer service and back-office operations. Joining Qonto over three and a half years ago, Martina was the first to be hired for the Italian market within the BO juridical team, contributing to the improvement and updating of all the procedures used daily.
What do they bring to the team? Together with the other leads in the team, Martina ensures that each team member receives the necessary training to carry out their work independently. She oversees that the communication level is sufficient to guarantee a high standard of quality and that each team member can evolve professionally according to their strengths. Additionally, Martina serves as the point of contact for cross-team projects.

Experience: You have approximately 1-2 years prior experience in administrative, legal, or banking operations.
Process Optimization & Collaboration: You excel at improving internal processes for efficient customer responses and thrive in cross-functional team environments.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You possess sharp organizational and analytical skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and the focus to handle repetitive tasks with perseverance.
Critical Thinker & Curious: You bring intellectual curiosity and an improvement mindset, always seeking better solutions and comfortable challenging the status quo.
Autonomy & Organization: You independently plan and prioritize tasks effectively, managing workloads to meet deadlines with efficiency.
Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required, with fluency in French, Portuguese or Spanish as a bonus.
