Included Health (formerly Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds Health) is looking for a fully remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in New Jersey to join our team of dedicated clinicians, working under the support of a Behavioral Health Supervisor. This 1099 contractor role offers the chance to help reshape healthcare by delivering compassionate, high-quality virtual mental health care. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide individual therapy through our advanced telehealth platform, focusing exclusively on patient care and documentation. Our Clinical Operations team handles billing, scheduling, and onboarding so you can devote your time to your clients. You will also have continuous access to a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities: Provide virtual counseling and psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, and compile relevant patient medical information. Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, interpret assessment results, and offer evidence-based therapeutic support. Complete monthly chart reviews as part of our peer-review quality assurance process.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Commitment to continuing education and evidence-based interventions
• Comfort with digital tools and technology
• Multi-state licensure is a plus
• Clinical license in your primary state of residence

LCSW Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
• At least 2 years of independent, post-licensure psychotherapy experience
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in New Jersey

LPC/LMHC Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program
• At least 3 years of independent, post-licensure experience
• Active, unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in New Jersey

LMFT Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program
• At least 3 years of independent, post-licensure experience
• Active, unrestricted LMFT license in New Jersey

The compensation for this independent contractor role in the U.S. is $63.09 per visit hour. Additional details will be provided during the hiring process.
