Job Description:
BUCK is seeking a Netsuite Technical Consultant to help our fast-growing business and team, reporting into Buck’s Controller. A successful Netsuite Technical Consultant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of NetSuite ERP. The selected candidate will be hard-working, a team player, and a quick learner.
Responsibilities
Transform business requirement and processes into technical design
Design and implement NetSuite scripts (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript and SuiteTalk)
Deliver NetSuite solutions including customizations, scripting and support case resolution
Integration with 3rd party software, reporting, data migration, go live and post-implementation support
Apply development and performance best practices in defining custom solutions on NetSuite’s SuiteCloud platform
Gather business/technical requirements through discover and analysis
Produce technical design documents
Participate in technical walkthroughs
Conduct code reviews
Conduct UAT for complex solutions
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with NetSuite SuiteScript development
Experience in designing and implementing solutions in NetSuite
Extensive hands on experience with SuiteScript 2.0
Strong knowledge of SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Advanced PDF, SuiteTalk and SuiteBundle
Integration experience using various API solutions
Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SQL and SuiteCloud Developer Framework (SDL)
Understanding of NetSuite Development best practices
Hands on experience with integration tools such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, FarApp or Workato
Ability to author detailed technical designs/specification documents capturing workflow processes, technical use cases, exception handling and test cases
Software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Proficient in error resolution, error handling and debugging
Experience with IDEs, source control systems, unit testing and defect management tools
Hands on experience with XML/XSL and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST, JSON)
