Need Help Fixing Existing Meteor Site

  • The website is built usingMeteor JS

  • It’s hosted at Digital Ocean, and the server can be logged into over SSH w/ the following info:

  • ssh(to be provided to selected contractor)

  • password: (to be provided to selected contractor)

  • The database is a Mongo DB database hosted atmogodb.com. You can log in to that provider with the following

  • User:(to be provided to selected contractor)

  • Password: (to be provided to selected contractor)

  • The site is on the Digital Ocean server in this location: (to be provided to selected contractor)

  • There are config variables in (to be provided to selected contractor)

  • We think the issue is that the app is not connecting to the database at MongoDB

  • We can connect to the database directly, so we can verify that it is running OK using the following info:

Unfortunately, we don’t know how to update or confirm the connection to the database on the server, and we are not sure where to view error logs for the site and/or database on the server.
