Our client, a leading company in the music industry, is hiring a multilingual Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in French, Spanish, and English. This remote role offers an annual salary of £37,000. The position requires a minimum of 22 working hours per week on Monday, Friday, and either Tuesday or Thursday.

The company creates innovative products and services for DJs, musicians, clubs, and the global music community. With rapid growth at their London headquarters, they are seeking remote multilingual Customer Support Coordinators.

As part of the customer support team, you will handle and resolve product and e‑commerce inquiries received by phone, email, or other communication channels. This is a business‑to‑business role.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming customer queries about products or online purchases
• Processing assigned customer service tickets
• Following internal processes and meeting service targets
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners when needed
• Identifying issues that require advanced technical knowledge
• Initiating e‑commerce return procedures

Required skills and experience:
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service tools
• Strong background in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of or interest in DJing and music is an advantage
• Additional languages are a plus
