POSITION SUMMARY

Kony Services seeks a seasoned, Solutions Architect to provide technical solutions and lead projects for Kony customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in software lifecycle development combined with hands-on experience on Mobile platforms and native application development. Additional responsibilities the Solution Architect will be responsible for: Consulting, Research and Innovation, Architecture and Mentorship

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help marketing departments develop marketing materials and position strategies for product area, in conjunction with overall marketing message framework

• Help business development life cycle by serving as a productSMEto help identify and qualify business development opportunities

• Manages sales and marketing activities for the service offering

• With Channel Development team, develop and maintain vendor relationships within the product

• Provide end to end solution and design details

• Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions

• Understanding various non-functional aspects in mobile application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc.

• Responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of mobile solutions and technologies

• Deliver mobile platform and architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices

• Design overall solutions and individual applications

• Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Develop and document detailed architectures for mobile solutions on iOS, Android, and Windows phone/tablet and Hybrid platforms.

• Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise mobile solutions

• Lead and mentor development teams

• Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and UX teams

• Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution

• Manages a team of direct reports who drive service lines in the solution area

• Assists staffing coordinators who define project team requirements for projects in solution area

• Work with Delivery Services Director to define overall recruiting needs and expertise in solution area

• Work with Director of Delivery Services to establish professional development needs for practitioners in solution area

• Mentor and guide technical resources
