Job Title:BI Specialist
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (dashboards, reports, data models).
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Build and optimize data models using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Jaspersoft or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure data integrity and performance optimization in reports and dashboards.
• Develop and implement data validation processes and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with BI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
