Our Member Care team is central to our business. Their work is arguably the most important part of what we do: supporting our members throughout their healthcare journey. We’re expanding our team and looking for caring, enthusiastic people to help us deliver the best possible experience in healthcare. In this role, you’ll support members by answering questions, helping them resolve issues, and making sure they can access the care they need.
