About Avalere Health
Avalere Health is driven by a single, powerful mission: to reach every patient possible. We work to ensure that all patients are identified, treated, supported, and cared for equally. Our Advisory, Medical, and Marketing teams collaborate with intention and creativity to form meaningful connections and help build a future where healthcare is accessible and no patient is overlooked.

Our mission begins with offering fulfilling, purpose-led careers that enable our people to make a real difference in patients’ lives. We foster a culture where employees can bring their full selves to work and draw on diverse experiences and skills to help improve outcomes for every patient, everywhere.

We offer flexible work options that allow our global teams to choose where they work—whether in the office or from home—based on team and client needs. Major hubs in London, Manchester, Washington, D.C., and New York, along with smaller offices worldwide, serve as collaboration spaces when in-person connection is valuable. Remote employees are fully supported with dedicated social opportunities and resources.

Inclusivity is central to who we are. We support our people in bringing their authentic selves to work through six Employee Network Groups: Diverse Ability, Family, Gender, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, and Race/Ethnicity. These groups promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and offer regular opportunities to connect, learn, and engage. As a Fertility Friendly accredited employer, our Fertility Policy, enhanced parental leave, and flexible culture ensure everyone feels supported throughout their family-planning journey and can work in ways that align with their family needs.

We are committed to professional growth, offering meaningful day-to-day career experiences, thousands of on-demand training sessions, regular career conversations, and opportunities for global and cross-functional mobility.

As part of the Disability Confident Scheme, we strive to ensure fair interviews for candidates with disabilities, long‑term health conditions, or neurodiversity. Applicants who need adjustments are encouraged to let us know.
