REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Senior and Advanced
MINIMUM HOURS PER WEEK: 22.5
TIME ZONE: Australia Time Zone
SHIFT HOURS: 11 AM–6 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday–Tuesday and Friday (Saturday shifts may be added in the coming months)
NUMBER OF VAs NEEDED: 1
GENDER PREFERENCE: Female
LANGUAGE: English
ACCENT: Neutral
REGION PREFERENCE: Filipino VAs

Call Management:
Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally. Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about dermatology services. Forward calls to appropriate team members when needed.

Customer Service:
Address patient and client questions about services, treatments, and procedures. Offer clear information and ensure high-quality customer service to maintain patient satisfaction.

Appointment Scheduling:
Book, adjust, and cancel patient appointments using the practice’s scheduling system. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients to ensure readiness. Coordinate with dermatologists and staff to keep the schedule running smoothly.

Administrative Support:
Keep patient records and documentation accurate and updated. Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations. Organize digital files and correspondence.

Communication:
Respond to emails and online messages professionally and promptly. Use digital communication tools to interact with patients and internal staff.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, administrative work, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with scheduling software and related tools. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Knowledge of dermatology or medical practices is helpful but not required.
