You will:
– Facilitate virtual and in-person professional learning sessions for educators, school leaders, and district teams aligned with Kiddom’s mission, solutions, and best practices in adult learning.
– Use Kiddom’s Professional Learning resources and materials throughout each session to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer.
– Maintain a strong understanding of Kiddom’s solutions and how they apply across different educational settings.
– Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to confirm schedules, send timely reminders, and follow up after each session with resources and feedback collection.
– Keep accurate records of attendance and key takeaways to support ongoing improvement.
– Support operational needs by meeting scheduling requirements, managing session logistics, and promptly reporting any concerns.
What we’re looking for:
– Experience: 3+ years in education, professional learning facilitation, instructional design, or a related role.
– Facilitation skills: Proven ability to lead engaging, interactive sessions for adult learners using standardized materials (virtual and in-person).
– Curriculum expertise: Experience with Illustrative Mathematics (IM) or a similar problem-based instructional framework.
– Flexibility: Ability to deliver sessions on a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends when needed.
– Technology proficiency: Comfort using webinar platforms, collaboration tools, and learning management systems.
– Education: A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (master’s preferred).
– Reliable personal technology, including: a high-performance laptop/computer, webcam and microphone for virtual sessions, and a stable internet connection.
Compensation: $75–$100 per hour. The hourly rate depends on location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role-related skills during the interview process.
