About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy to strengthen our presence in the Health Plan and Health System markets. As the key driver of our messaging, you will shape how we communicate our value to major healthcare stakeholders and prospective partners. You will translate complex clinical offerings into compelling stories, ensuring Lyra remains the leading voice in mental health innovation.

Responsibilities
• Strategy and Leadership: Guide and support the marketing strategy team, encouraging strong performance, creativity, and empathy, while managing creative resources.
• Messaging and Positioning: Create clear, distinctive messaging and positioning frameworks tailored to Health Plans and Health Systems.
• Product Marketing: Work with the General Manager, Product, and Clinical teams to turn technical plans and clinical outcomes into persuasive value propositions and sales tools.
• Market Intelligence: Align messaging with competitive insights and industry trends to keep Lyra’s strategy forward‑thinking.
• Channel Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a unified brand voice across campaigns, social media, the website, and media channels.
• Coordination: Partner closely with Corporate Communications and other marketing teams to align narratives, executive thought leadership, and media opportunities with Lyra’s broader brand strategy.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or product marketing, with a strong focus on healthcare or enterprise B2B.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex clinical or technical information into compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to create persuasive pitch decks and sales stories that support major enterprise or health plan wins.
• Proven experience building and scaling integrated marketing teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, product, and sales leaders to ensure messaging reflects both product capabilities and market needs.
• Strong editorial standards and experience managing diverse creative and content workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
• In‑depth knowledge of the Health Plan market and the challenges faced by large Health Systems.
• Experience leading creative services teams.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Passion for mental health and driving change in healthcare.

Compensation
$134,000–$184,000 per year

This full‑time role includes a base salary within the listed range, determined by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. It may also qualify for discretionary bonuses.
