The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the effective promotion and positioning of the KnowBe4 brand.

Responsibilities:
– Work with the appropriate team members to develop and implement all marketing campaigns and strategies aligned with KB4 HQ messaging and strategies.
– Manage and build various email lists, and create and send email campaigns with calls to action in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
– Coordinate with the US marketing team to manage and optimize design, content, layout, customer segmentation, and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications.
– Drive client strategy and planning by analyzing historical performance, past email engagement, and website interactions (such as content downloads and page visits), while understanding KPIs and applying list management and deliverability best practices.
– Apply database best practices, including “list” segmentation and suppression lists.
– Predict, forecast, and track campaign, website traffic, and conversion outcomes in a way that supports meaningful analysis.
– Measure campaign results and optimize lead nurturing programs to increase conversion traffic.
– Reduce list decay and unsubscribe rates while improving the productivity of our email marketing campaigns.
– Set up all lead generation campaigns.
– Measure and optimize lead generation marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, CRM, and marketing analytics reports.
– Research and test new lead generation campaigns with existing and new media vendors to expand reach, lower cost per lead, and improve lead quality in coordination with KB4 HQ.
– Create landing pages and lead generation forms for content distributed through relevant programs.
– Stay current on digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to maintain an edge.
– Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) management, including organic search performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
– Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and changes, as well as major search engine updates.
– Support the management and setup of all paid campaigns (PPC).
– Liaise with the US team to create shareable content suited to specific networks and social media to help spread our brand, content, and links.
– Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content and webinars around important, relevant topics.
– Partner with channel marketing to support the creation of effective, sustainable, scalable, and measurable channel marketing programs.
– Develop communication plans and compelling email content to drive partner engagement.
– Support event selection and management, and collaborate with other EMEA marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, event attendance, and best practices.

Requirements:
– MA or Degree in Marketing or a business-related field.
– CIM Certification/Diploma (not required, but an advantage).
– Competence using digital marketing tools.
– Willingness to learn new methods and technology.
– Minimum of 3 years of marketing management experience.
– Experience with Google Workspace.
– Prior experience with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot or similar.
– Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
– Energetic, positive, can-do attitude.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.

This is a temporary position due to Maternity Leave. The expected end date is December 31, 2024.

$62,500 — $110,000/year
