Key Accountabilities

Plan, design, document, and implement automated test cases to ensure product quality.

Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify issues and areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain robust test automation scripts for both UI and API testing.

Collaborate with clients to address challenges and enhance product quality.

Utilize tools for test planning and management to streamline QA processes.

Ensure quality requirements are met throughout all stages of product development.

Act as the quality guardian within the team and throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform other duties reasonably required in line with your main responsibilities.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Extensive experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).

Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

Strong background in testing various web applications (B2B, B2C, e-commerce) and native mobile apps (Android & iOS), including API testing.

Proven experience in a QA leadership role within an Agile environment.

Familiarity with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.

Client-focused mindset with a desire to achieve optimal outcomes.

Friendly, professional, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar fields are highly preferred.

Additional Information

Interview Arrangement: All interviews are conducted remotely via Google Meet.

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Working Hours: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), 9 hours/day, 5 days/week.
