As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders within our enterprise accounts, guiding them to get the most from their People.ai investment and achieve measurable outcomes. You’re passionate about revenue technology and supporting sales operations. You will oversee a portfolio worth more than $5M, ensuring strong retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement strategic success plans with defined business goals and ROI metrics
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through adoption, renewals, and growth
• Identify key adoption milestones and ensure smooth integration into customer workflows, using data-driven insights to align People.ai solutions with business priorities
• Work with Sales, Services, Product, and Marketing teams to drive cross-functional adoption
• Build and nurture new champions within major accounts to strengthen People.ai’s influence
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to manage renewals and plan growth opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent value delivery
• Advocate for customers by sharing product feedback and strategic insights to help shape the roadmap
• Support customer marketing initiatives by contributing case studies and references
Requirements
• 7–10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting at a SaaS company, agency, or consulting firm
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with more than $5M ARR, high complexity, and multiple stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations processes
• Strong background in customer engagement, renewals, and expansion planning
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AI-driven sales tools, and data analytics is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer meetings, EBRs, and key milestones
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor and analytical storyteller, turning data into compelling insights for executive audiences
• A consultative mindset with a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue operations to align solutions with business needs
• Proven success managing multiple complex accounts, prioritizing effectively, and driving meaningful impact
• Ability to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks proactively, and adjust strategy when necessary
