The initiative involves the creation of a specialized team, in charge of performing software upgrades for the customers, making sure they get the best possible results after the migration process is completed, and reducing the time for migrations as much as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Managed Upgrades services for company customers, according to products documentation, and honoring supported customizations and third-party integrations
• Thoroughly verify that the migration steps are executed properly, and the results match the expectations as defined in the scope of the Managed Upgrades services
• Participate in all coordination activities within the Managed Upgrades services team, and understand your role in each step of the way
• Become an expert in the software products of the company that fall under the scope of the Managed Upgrades services
