This virtual assistant position is in the luxury wedding industry, where you will represent a top leader in the field. We’re seeking someone with exceptional customer service skills, a passion for sales, strong people skills, excellent English, and solid critical thinking abilities.

This role also offers the potential to earn sales commissions in addition to your base pay. If you’re the right fit, we will provide all the training needed for you to succeed.

Your main responsibilities will include researching other leaders in the luxury wedding space, contacting them, arranging meetings on our behalf via email, phone, or video call, promoting our services, building lists, performing data entry, running email campaigns, managing calendars, generating leads, conducting data scraping and data extraction using various tools, organizing information, hosting Zoom meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.

It is extremely important that you are fluent in English with little to no accent. If this is not one of your strengths, please do not apply.
