Job Description:

• Support Expansion Strategy Formulation • Business Development & Project Management • Market & Competition Analysis • Solid Market and Business understanding • Global Partnerships Management • Manage and guide team of local and international sales associates • Collect market information, preparing analysis reports and statements • Reporting directly to CEO • Training will be given on an ongoing basis • The senior team consists of luxury tourism experts from different countries and prestigious establishments as well as managerial support from managers of top financial institutions with MBAs and solid track-record coupled with entrepreneurship mentors. • Creativity and suggestions are encouraged and new ideas are rewarded and quickly implemented as has been done in the recent past

Requirements:

• 3-5 yrs Work Experience with focus on Luxury and Tourism • Great Interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines • Innovative Thinking • Constructive, problem solving attitude • Ability to work within a team • Excellent command of English and Greek language • Other Foreign Languages a strong plus • Good negotiation skills • Genuine Interest in Tourism Industry • MBA / Tourism Focused MBA a strong plus
