This is a live chat customer support role. We’re seeking people who can respond to customers during online conversations with strong written English and a friendly, helpful attitude. No prior experience is needed.

You’ll assist businesses by replying to messages in real time on their websites or social media pages. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere.

Role: As a live chat agent, you’ll be compensated for answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the company’s website chat or social media channels.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour.

Requirements: You must have a laptop, phone, or tablet, plus a reliable internet connection. Basic written English skills are required.

Profile: Entry-level candidates are welcome. Full training is provided, and previous professional experience is not necessary.

Location: Worldwide remote (candidates in the United States are preferred).
