This is a job listing for a live chat customer support role. We’re seeking people who can write responses during online chat conversations. Candidates should have strong written English and a friendly, helpful attitude. Previous experience isn’t required.

You will support businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The position is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.

Your tasks include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts via live chat on a company’s website or social platforms. This role is paid hourly.

Contract length: No fixed term

Pay rate: $25–$35 USD per hour

Requirements: You’ll need a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, plus a reliable internet connection. Basic written English skills are required as well.

Skills/Experience: This is an entry-level chat support position. Full training will be provided, and no prior work experience is necessary.

Location: Remote worldwide (applicants in the United States are preferred).
