This is a live chat customer support role. We are seeking individuals who can write clear, helpful responses for online chat conversations. Strong written English and a friendly attitude are required. No prior experience is necessary.
You will assist businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The position is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere online.
Your duties include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts via the live chat on the company’s website or social media channels. Compensation is hourly.
Contract length: No fixed term
Hourly pay: $25–35 USD
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.
Skills/experience: This is an entry-level chat support position. Full training will be provided, and prior experience is not needed.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (United States candidates are preferred).
