This is a live chat customer service role. We’re seeking people who can type responses in online conversations, write in clear English, and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude. Previous experience isn’t required.
You’ll assist businesses by replying to live chat inquiries on their websites or social media pages. The job is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.
Role: As a live chat agent, you’ll be paid to answer customer questions, share sales links, and provide discounts through the company’s website chat or social media channels.
Contract duration: No fixed term
Pay: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You’ll need a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Basic written English skills are required.
Profile: Entry-level applicants are welcome. Full training is provided, and no prior professional experience is necessary.
Location: Remote worldwide (candidates in the United States are preferred).
