This is a real-time customer support chat position. We are looking for people who can communicate effectively in writing during online conversations, with excellent English writing skills and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.

You will help businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. This is a fully remote role, so you can work from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the live chat on the company’s website or social platforms. Pay is hourly.

Contract duration: Ongoing (indefinite)

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour

Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet, plus a stable internet connection. Basic knowledge of English writing is also required.

Skills/Experience: Beginner-level customer support roles. Full training is provided, and prior experience is not necessary.

Location: Fully remote worldwide (preference for candidates in the USA).
