This position is for live chat customer support. We are looking for people who can write responses in online conversations, have good written English, and maintain a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.
You will help businesses by replying to direct chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. This role is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.
Your responsibilities: As a chat support agent, you will be paid to answer customer questions, share promotional links, and offer discounts through the company website or the chat system.
Contract length: No fixed term
Pay: $25 to $35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, as well as a stable internet connection. Basic written English skills are also required.
Skills/experience: Entry-level chat support roles. Full training will be provided, and no prior work experience is necessary.
Location: Remote worldwide (preference for applicants who live in the United States)
