You will help businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The role is completely remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Key duties include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through live chat on a company’s website or social media channels. This position is paid hourly.
Contract length: No fixed term
Pay rate: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You’ll need a laptop, smartphone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection, along with basic written English skills.
Skills/Experience: Entry-level chat support. Comprehensive training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Location: Fully remote worldwide (candidates from the United States are preferred).
