This is a job opportunity to work as a Live Chat Customer Service Agent. We are looking for people who can respond in writing during online conversations, have strong written English skills, and have a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.
You help companies by replying to live chat messages on their websites or on social media. The role is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the company’s live chat on its websites or social platforms. Pay is hourly.
Contract length: ongoing (no fixed end date)
Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. Basic written English skills are also required.
Skills/Experience: Entry-level chat support positions are available. Full training is provided, and prior experience is not necessary.
Location: fully remote, anywhere in the world (preference for candidates from the USA)
