This role is for a live chat customer support position. We need candidates who can type replies in real time during chat conversations. You must have strong English writing skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Previous experience is not required.

In this job, you will help businesses by responding to messages received through their live chat on websites or through their social media accounts. All roles are fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities: As a live chat support agent, you will be paid to answer customer questions, share sales links, and provide discounts via the company’s website chat or social media channels.

Contract duration: No fixed term

Pay: $25–$35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, mobile phone, or tablet, plus reliable internet. Basic English writing skills are required.

Profile/skills: These are entry-level live chat support roles. Full training will be provided, and no prior professional experience is necessary.

Location: Remote worldwide, with preference given to candidates in the United States.
