We are Used Conex, a leading provider of shipping containers based in Tampa, Florida. We deliver new and used containers to customers across the United States. We are currently looking for a motivated, reliable person who can work independently. We need a Live Chat Specialist who can start as soon as possible.

This is a fully remote position covering only live chat inquiries—no customer calls and no sales calls. We are a great company to work for, and we are looking for someone with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You can work from anywhere in the world.

We offer paid onboarding and a competitive compensation package.

Compensation: a base salary of $500 per month plus a 5% commission for each container sold, which is typically about $20–$30 per sale.

Payments are made twice per month via Wise or Payoneer.

A contract will be provided.

Benefits include paid sick days, paid vacation, and paid holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, the 4th of July, New Year’s Day, and New Year’s Eve. Occasionally, we also offer additional company incentives.

You must be available 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
