We’re looking to add a Representative to our Customer Service Live Chat Team! This individual will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by responding to their inquires through chat (LivePerson).

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST/8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST
Responsibilities:
Answer both customer service and product support questions through the LivePerson platform
Answer a minimum of 3 chats/maximum of 4 chats simultaneously
Work efficiently in order to provide minimal to no wait time for pending customers
Remain up to date on trainings and department functions
All other responsibilities as requested by the Live Chat Team Lead
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong knowledge of SH products, replacement parts, and brands
Preferred Background and Experience:
SupplyHouse Customer Service experience that includes formal training on phones
Foundational understanding of SupplyHouse Customer Service policies, processes, and resources
