This is a live chat customer support role. We’re looking for people who can provide written responses during online conversations. Candidates should have good English writing skills and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.

You will assist businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere.

Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through live chat on the company’s website or social platforms. The position is paid hourly.

Contract duration: Open-ended

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.

Skills/Experience: These are entry-level chat support roles. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is necessary.

Location: Fully remote worldwide (U.S. applicants preferred).
