This is a job listing for a Live Chat Customer Service Agent position. We’re looking for people who can respond in writing during online conversations, have strong English skills in both speech and writing, and bring a friendly attitude. Prior experience is not required.
You help businesses by answering customers’ live chat messages on their websites or on social media platforms. This role is 100% remote, so you can work online from anywhere.
Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts via live chat on the company’s websites or social media platforms. Compensation is paid hourly.
Contract duration: permanent (no fixed end date)
Pay: $25–$35 per hour
Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet and access to a reliable internet connection. Basic English proficiency in both writing and speaking is also required.
Skills/experience: Entry-level chat support roles are available. Full training will be provided, and previous experience is not necessary.
Location: 100% remote, worldwide (candidates from the United States are preferred)
