We are in a defining moment for reproductive and sexual health—and Hey Jane is uniquely equipped to make a difference.
From the beginning, our mission has been to provide safe, discreet medication abortion care, and we’ve supported more than 100,000 people in getting the services they need. Today, we offer a wide range of reproductive and sexual health services accessible directly from your phone. Our in-house clinical care team—board-certified physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and patient care advocates—is always just a message away. We are dedicated to offering safe, private, judgment-free virtual care delivered by a team that genuinely cares.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-focused Licensing & Credentialing Specialist who thrives in fast-paced settings and is driven by the chance to support clinicians in delivering excellent, patient-centered care.
In this position, you will oversee all elements of provider licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment, ensuring our clinical staff stays fully compliant, current, and able to practice without interruption. You’ll handle end-to-end licensing processes, maintain accurate records across multiple platforms, and serve as a key point of contact for clinicians, state boards, payers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys detailed work, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining persistence in communication. You’re skilled at identifying gaps, creating structure, and ensuring processes run smoothly so clinicians can care for patients without administrative barriers.
We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions.
Compensation: $25–30/hr or $60–65k/year
Why this role matters
This is not a typical administrative role: the systems you manage and improve directly affect how quickly and effectively patients can receive safe, timely, compassionate care. At a time when access to care is more critical than ever, your work will directly support clinicians’ ability to practice and help shape the future of accessible healthcare in the U.S.
At Hey Jane, we’re working toward a vision of equitable healthcare, transforming the status quo, and reshaping how people experience care—and we bring that same vision to our workplace. We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and life experiences.
