Job Description:

In this entry-level role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users—delivering excellent support and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.
Responsibilities:
• Reply to customer questions via chat in a timely and professional way
• Share accurate details about NoGigiddy services and job opportunities
• Help users navigate the platform and resolve any issues they run into
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving
• Work with the team to continuously improve support procedures
• Record and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed
• Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements:
• No degree required
• No prior experience needed—we provide full training
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
