Legal Operations Administrator – Limassol
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Administrator to join our Legal and Regulatory Affairs team. In this key role, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Process daily data subject requests in compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Update and maintain data privacy registers, records and logs.
    • Assist in other data privacy related tasks (e.g., conducting DPIAs, responding to emails).
    • Maintain and update the trademarks’ register, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant deadlines.
    • Monitor potential trademark infringements and prepare relevant reports for the Head of the department.
    • Organise and manage both digital and physical legal records and documents.
    • Support the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
    • Facilitate the communication between the legal department, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Main requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Paralegal, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Experience in a legal or financial services’ environment will be considered a plus.
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and/or intellectual property management.
    • Familiarity with legal terminology and document management practices will be considered a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
    • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Integrity of character and high levels of confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
