As the Talent Development Partner, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, talent development teams, and instructional designers to create and deliver high‑impact leadership development programs. By understanding the needs of both the business and AHEAD employees, you will develop initiatives that enable teams to excel.
In this role, you will act as a people advocate and data-driven change agent, managing the full lifecycle of learning programs within your designated business areas. You will conduct needs assessments, facilitate learning experiences, and evaluate results to identify gaps and build scalable solutions. You will balance multiple learning priorities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adapting to the evolving needs of AHEAD employees.
Responsibilities include:
• Partnering with subject matter experts, senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and the learning enablement team to design and deliver leadership development solutions.
• Conducting thorough needs analyses to identify development gaps and opportunities in your assigned areas.
• Translating business goals and talent strategies into clear learning objectives and outcomes.
• Reviewing new and existing learning materials to assess effectiveness and relevance.
• Designing and developing engaging, learner‑focused experiences aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Creating instructional content including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and assessments.
• Ensuring learning materials are accessible, inclusive, and suitable for diverse learners.
• Supporting new hire orientation and professional development workshops through both in‑person and virtual facilitation.
• Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages skill development and respects individual differences.
• Communicating complex concepts clearly, adapting your style for varied audiences, and asking thoughtful questions that encourage critical thinking.
• Measuring training effectiveness and using feedback to improve outcomes.
• Managing leadership development projects from initial concept through launch and evaluation.
• Identifying project risks, design issues, and operational challenges early and addressing them proactively.
• Working effectively in a fast‑paced, agile environment to deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate results.
• Staying up to date on instructional design trends and new technologies.
• Utilizing virtual facilitation tools, interactive platforms, digital whiteboards, and collaboration software.
• Using authoring tools, multimedia applications, and learning technologies to build engaging content.
• Partnering with the Senior Learning Management Systems Administrator to deploy solutions through the LMS.
• Uploading SCORM files, scheduling virtual training sessions, and recording attendance for course credit and reporting.

Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 7 years of experience in Learning and Development, including instructional design and facilitation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills for effective stakeholder partnership.
• Deep knowledge of facilitation techniques and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, eLearning standards, and learning content development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and trends.
