Lead Video Editor (Remote, $2,200/month Retainer)

Full Send is a US-based video agency that helps life-changing brands in mission-driven SaaS and global health tech grow through bold, cinematic storytelling.

We’re hiring a Lead Video Editor for a $2,200/month retainer. This role is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of remote work along with the stability and creative support of a long-term team.

The Role

You’ll partner closely with our LA-based Lead Creative to produce emotionally compelling edits—ranging from customer stories and product explainers to high-impact ads.

This is a retainer-based position, not a project-by-project contract. Workload may fluctuate from week to week, especially at the beginning, but we’re investing in you as a core team member, not a hired freelancer.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video content (interviews, promotions, ads, explainers)
• Own the edit process from rough cut to final delivery, including sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and effects/transitions
• Collaborate in real time (Google Workspace, Notion, and async feedback) with our Lead Creative
• Opportunity to review and mentor junior editors in the future

✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If…

• You have 3+ years of editing experience and can confidently lead post-production
• You’re skilled in Premiere Pro and comfortable with After Effects
• You can work with partial overlap during Pacific Time (2–3 hours/day)
• You speak fluent English and communicate clearly (async or live)
• You want to build something meaningful, not just complete tasks

Compensation & Details

• Monthly retainer: $2,200 USD/month
• Expected availability: ~25–30 hours/week
