Lead Video Editor (Remote, $2,200/mo Retainer)

Full Send is a US-based video agency helping life-improving brands in mission-driven SaaS and global health tech grow through bold, cinematic video storytelling.

We’re looking for a Lead Video Editor to join us on a $2,200/month retainer. This role is perfect for someone who wants the freedom of remote work with the stability and creative collaboration of a long-term team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our LA-based Lead Creative to craft emotionally resonant edits — from compelling customer stories and product explainers to dynamic ads.

This is a retainer-based role — not project-to-project. Some weeks may be lighter or heavier than others, especially early on, but we’re investing in you as a core team member, not a freelancer-for-hire.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video content (interviews, promos, ads, explainers)
• Own the edit phase from rough cut to final delivery including sound design, color-grading, motion graphics, and effects/transitions.
• Collaborate in real-time (Google Workspace, Notion, async reviews) with our Lead Creative
• Potential to review or mentor junior editors in the future

✅ You’re a Fit If…

• You’ve edited for 3+ years and can confidently lead post-production
• You’re fluent in Premiere Pro and comfortable with After Effects
• You can work partially overlapping Pacific Time (2–3 hrs/day)
• You’re fluent in English and communicate clearly, async or live
• You want to build something meaningful, not just take tasks

Compensation & Details

• Monthly retainer: $2,200 USD/month
• Expected availability: ~25–30 hours/week
