Part-Time Customer Support & Lead Nurturing Specialist
(Remote – Cyclical Work Schedule: 2 Weeks On, 3 Weeks Off)

We’re seeking a Customer Support & Lead Nurturing Specialist to help us manage and qualify prospective students for our guitar tuition business. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining our sales process and keeping our calendar running efficiently.

📅 Work Schedule
  • This is a part-time role with a cyclical schedule:
    • 2 weeks on, 3 weeks off (based on our promotional campaigns).
    • During the active two-week period, you’ll manage leads, schedule calls, and support smooth daily operations.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Immediate Lead Outreach: As soon as a potential student submits our form, you’ll contact them quickly to nurture and qualify them. Speed matters.
  • Call Scheduling: Book sales calls efficiently, reducing downtime between appointments (ideally no more than 15 minutes between calls).
  • Lead Qualification: Talk with prospective students to determine whether they’re a good match for our program.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing: Reach out to leads who haven’t booked a call, answer questions, and build relationships.
  • Handling Cancellations: Gracefully decline calls for those who aren’t a fit, keeping our schedule streamlined.
  • General Support: Respond to questions from potential students and ensure clear communication throughout.
